Our IOP program serves Carrollton families with flexible scheduling that respects the realities of diverse households: non-traditional work schedules, extended family obligations, cultural commitments.
9-20 hours per week of evidence-based therapy including CBT, DBT, and culturally adapted interventions. Individual sessions with a therapist who understands your background. Group therapy with peers who share similar experiences.
PHP provides the structured daily support that some situations require. 5-6 days per week, 6-8 hours of clinical care from a team that respects your identity, your family's values, and your path to healing.
Psychiatric care, individual therapy, group work, and family sessions all coordinated by one team that communicates with each other and with you.
Children of immigrant families and multicultural households face unique stressors at school: language barriers, cultural code-switching, identity questions, bullying. iMatter places licensed counselors in schools to catch these issues early.
Through our partnership with Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, students can access professional mental health support during the school day, in a familiar environment, without the barriers that prevent many families from seeking care.
