We understand that accessing mental health care can be daunting, which is why our services are designed to be accessible and inclusive. Our team comprises highly skilled professionals who bring warmth and clinical expertise to every interaction, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their specific challenges and goals. We accept a range of insurances including Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Cigna, making quality mental health services more affordable and attainable for our community members. Additionally, we offer telehealth options for Texas residents, providing flexible and convenient access to care from the comfort of home. At Mind Above Matter, hope is at the core of everything we do. We believe that recovery begins with a compassionate approach that acknowledges each person's unique journey. Join us in creating a brighter future where mental health is prioritized and healing is possible.

Our IOP provides structured group therapy, individual support, and medication management 3–5 days per week. Designed for adults and teens in Northeast Tarrant County who need more than weekly therapy but don't require inpatient care.
PHP is a step above IOP — more intensive daily programming including group therapy, psychiatry, and family sessions. Available at our Keller (4232 Heritage Trace Pkwy) location(s) and via telehealth across Texas.
We specialize in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians in Northeast Tarrant County are trained to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
