Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides 9-20 hours of structured clinical care per week, built around the demands of daily life in Arlington. Individual therapy with a consistent licensed therapist, group therapy with peers working through similar challenges, evidence-based skills training using CBT and DBT, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management — all integrated into one coordinated program. Morning and afternoon scheduling options mean most Arlington residents can continue working, attending school, and managing family responsibilities during IOP. IOP is the right level of care when symptoms significantly impact your life but do not require hospitalization.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides 6-8 hours of intensive daily clinical support, five to six days per week. PHP is the highest level of outpatient care available — appropriate when symptoms require daily intensive treatment but inpatient hospitalization is not necessary. For Arlington residents, PHP is typically the right step when symptoms are acute, when stepping down from an inpatient stay, or when IOP has not been sufficient. You receive individual therapy, multiple group sessions, and psychiatric care each day, then return home in the evenings. Most participants step down to IOP level care after 2-4 weeks as symptoms stabilize.
We specialize in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians in the Mid-Cities and Arlington are trained to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
