The Cultural Heart of DFW: Professional Mental Health Care for a World-Class City
Fort Worth is iconic. The Cultural District with its museums and theaters, the Stockyards with their Western heritage, the Trinity River district, the thriving downtown—this is a city with identity, history, and ambition. It's also a major metropolitan area where mental health challenges are just as real as anywhere else, affecting individuals and families across every neighborhood and demographic.
Mind Above Matter serves the greater Fort Worth area through two strategically located centers—in nearby Burleson (just 15-20 minutes south) and in Keller (serving the north side). Our IOP and PHP programs provide expert mental health and addiction treatment right in your region, with convenient access and flexible scheduling for Fort Worth residents.

Our IOP program—accessible through both our Burleson and Keller locations—offers 9-20 hours per week of evidence-based mental health treatment with flexible scheduling that fits Fort Worth life. Whether you work downtown, in the medical district, or manage a household, whether you're a student or professional, our IOP programs are designed to work with your reality.
You'll work with a licensed therapist specializing in your specific challenges. Participate in group therapy with people navigating similar struggles. Access psychiatric services and medication management. Learn real coping skills. Receive crisis planning. All coordinated by one clinical team, all designed to create meaningful change in a reasonable timeframe.
Fort Worth residents choose our programs for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use, dual diagnosis, behavioral health challenges, and the complex mental health issues that emerge in a major metropolitan area. Our commitment: serious clinical expertise delivered with genuine compassion.
When symptoms escalate beyond what outpatient care can address, when crisis requires daily intensive support, or when you're transitioning out of hospitalization—our PHP program provides comprehensive, coordinated treatment 5-6 days per week, 6-8 hours daily.
Think of it as an intensive therapeutic day program. Individual therapy. Multiple group sessions. Psychiatric care and medication management. Skills training. Family work when appropriate. Everything coordinated by one team. You go home each evening to your family and community, but you get the structure, monitoring, and professional support that serious mental health treatment requires.
Fort Worth residents often use PHP as an acute intervention—getting stabilized quickly so they can return to work, family, and life with solid footing.
